Prior to Dan’s starting his own company in 2014 called 24/7 Property Cleaning & Restoration he was involved in Logistics,Daily Operations, Sales and Training for Flood Control. Having experienced in the commercial / industrial restoration sector has awarded Dan with a vast wealth of experience in a short time. He is now considered by industry veterans a master restorer with a vast knowledge in applied structural drying techniques, mold remediation best practices and has undergone training in the fire damage restoration category as well.

Mr. DiPrima has expertise in managing small and large commercial and residential projects including hospitals, schools, power plants, shopping centers and houses of worship. Dan also has experience catastrophic losses, such as the 2007 river flooding in Findlay Ohio, 2008 Cedar Rapids Iowa Flooding and 2008 Hurricane Ike in Houston Texas,2012 Hurricane Sandy.
He earned Certifications through IICRC, IOT Mold Certified Level 2,Certification for Xactimate 27 level 1-2. Fire and Smoke Damage Experience for Both Residential and Commercial Losses. Managed and coordinated Large Loss Smoke and Fire Damage Project in 2013 at the United Nations Building. Set up and organized 80 homes through a non-profit organization that needed mold remediation due to Super Storm Sandy damage
